How to create a Goal

Enhancing Organizational Efficiency with Structured Goals: Implementing structured goals within your Applauz software is essential for boosting organizational efficiency and employee engagement. By clearly defining goals, you provide employees with a sense of direction and purpose, which enhances their productivity and job satisfaction. Setting up goals through the Applauz platform allows for meticulous management and straightforward progress management, ensuring that both employees and management can easily monitor progress and achievements, leading to a more focused and motivated workforce.

To set up employee Goals in the Applauz software, follow these steps:

    • Go to Goals on the left-hand side.
    • Click on Manage Goals on the left-hand side.
    • Click on New Goal at the top right-hand side.
    • Add:
      • Title
      • Goal Group (optional)
      • Assignee(s)
      • Due date
      • Description
      • Attachments (optional)
      • Tasks; main and sub-task
      • Choose whether you want employees to be able to mark tasks as complete
      • Choose Privacy level
    • Click Set Goal.
