How to give a Recognition

Here's a how-to on how to give a Recognition!

1. Click on Newsfeed on the left-hand side
2. Click on the, "Who are you recognizing?" box
3. Choose one or more colleagues, departments or teams to recognize by clicking on them
   1. Click Select when done
4. Add one or more Badges by clicking on Award badges
5. Add Points by adding the number of points you wish to add in the box next to Badges
6. Write your Recognition
   1. Add an emoji on the right hand side
   2. Review the Post privacy settings by clicking on Everyone on the top right-hand side of the modal
   3. Add a photo, video or gif by clicking on any of the buttons above the Recognize button
7. Click Recognize when you're ready to recognize your colleague(s)!
