Type |
Description |
---|---|
Allowance |
The sum of all points scheduled to be given out as points allowances at the first of every month. The points allowances are set in the Billing > Points page. This value is the sum of all refill and deposit types of allowances, treating both types of allowances the same way. For example:
|
Pulse Surveys Incentive |
This is an approximated average of survey incentive points that are set to be given out assuming that all employees who can answer surveys have answered their surveys. (number of points × number of employees who can answer surveys ) ÷ frequency in days Frequency in days represents either 7 for weekly or 14 for bi-weekly. This will give us the approximate daily points allocated for survey incentives. We then multiply that with the number of days in the month to give an approximate amount of points to be given out. |
Work Anniversary |
This takes the number of employees who have a hired date in the month and multiplies that by either:
These settings are set in the Settings > Customizations page under Work Anniversary. |
Birthday |
This takes the number of employees who have a date of birth in the month multiplied by the amount set to give out in points under Settings > Customizations page under Birthday |
Bank balance |
This is the bank balance forecasted based on previous month’s forecasted points spent + any amount of auto purchase of points. Both refill or deposit are counted in full. |
