Marketplace Orders
We take great care in packaging and shipping marketplace orders, ensuring they come with insurance and a tracking number. If your order gets lost or damaged during transit, no worries—Applauz has your back! We'll handle everything internally to make things right.
Once your order (or part of it) has shipped, we’ll update its status and provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
If your order is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us by email at service@applauz.me, within 10 days of the delivery notification on the courier’s website. That way, we can start an investigation and sort things out for you.
Orders generally ship within 2-5 business days, with a few exceptions, such as dropshipped items.

Unfulfilled Orders
If an order can’t be fulfilled, we’ll notify you and cancel it. Any Points used for the order will be refunded to your account. If it was a service award order, your voucher will be reactivated, and we’ll send you a new link to use.
